Don't forget, We are MORTALS!

Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ,

'O LORD, what are human beings that you should notice them,
mere mortals that you should think about them?
For they are like a breath of air;
their days are like a passing shadow.'
— Psalm 144:3-4

Life is short. David reminds us that it is “like a breath” and that our “days are like a passing shadow.”

Because life is short, we should live for God while we have the time. Don't waste our life by selecting an inferior purpose that has no lasting value. Live for God—He alone can make our life worthwhile, purposeful, and meaningful.

Heavenly Father,
Who am I that You take notice of me?
That You, the eternal and mighty God, care for one so fleeting as I?
My days pass like a shadow, yet Your love remains steadfast.
Teach me to trust in Your mercy, to walk humbly before You, and to find my strength not in myself but in Your unfailing grace.
Let my life, though brief, reflect Your glory.
In Your Holy Name we pray, Amen.

Prayerful regards,
