Don't just say prayers- pray them

Hey dear young friends in Christ,

Prayer is not a competition to see who can say the most words. God is not impressed by long speeches, fancy language, or repeated phrases. He is interested in the sincerity of our hearts.

Jesus taught that our Heavenly Father already knows what we need before we ask Him. This does not mean we should stop praying. Rather, it means we should pray honestly. A few heartfelt words spoken with faith are more precious to God than many empty words spoken without thought.

“And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” — Matthew 6:7-8

Before you begin to pray, think about what you are saying. Are you truly thanking God? Are you sincerely asking for His help? Are you honestly confessing your mistakes? Prayer becomes powerful when it comes from a genuine heart.

You can never pray too much if your prayers are real and sincere. God listens not only to your words but also to the attitude behind them. Speak to Him as a loving Father who knows you, understands you, and cares for you deeply.

Don't just say prayers—pray them. Mean every word you speak to God. A sincere prayer from the heart always reaches His ears.
