Modern society longs for peace of mind. Here is clear-cut instruction on how to attain this: if we love God and obey his laws, we will have “great peace.”

Trust in God, who alone stands above the pressures of daily life and gives us full assurance.

O God, give us the insight that living with Christ and the submission to the teachings of Christ are the means of peace and a sense of security. Guide us also into the peace of God, which is everlasting, and more important than the peace of the world.
