Peace of Christ

WEDNESDAY WITH LORD JESUS

Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ

Scripture: John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

When storms rise in life—conflicts at home, worries about the future, or the heaviness of loss—our first instinct is to search for worldly solutions. Yet the peace of Christ is different. It is not dependent on circumstances, wealth, or human assurance. It is a deep calm that flows from trusting in His presence.

Think of a child sleeping safely in a mother’s arms even though thunder rumbles outside. That is the kind of rest Jesus offers: a shelter of divine love that silences fear. His peace guards our hearts when logic fails, and His Spirit whispers hope when troubles seem louder than prayers.

Lord Jesus, fill my heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Calm every storm within me, and help me rest in Your promises. Amen.
Prayerful regards,
