Strength in Weakness

Wednesday with Jesus

Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ,

When we go through pain, failure, or times of deep personal struggle, we often feel like God has left us. But in reality, it’s in our weakest moments that God draws closest. His grace does not remove every burden—but it strengthens us to stand under the weight. Paul, a mighty apostle, had his own “thorn in the flesh.” Yet he learned a divine secret: weakness is not a curse when grace is your strength.

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
A cracked clay pot may seem useless. But when a candle is placed inside, it’s through the cracks that the light shines. God often uses our flaws and wounds as channels of His power and love.

Lord Jesus, thank You for meeting me in my weakness and flooding it with Your strength. Help me lean on Your grace, not on my strength.
In Your Holy Name we pray, Amen.

Prayerful regards,
