Tabitha, graceful witness
Wednesday with Jesus
Dear Bretheren Christ,
The story of Tabitha (Acts 9:36–42) teaches a beautiful truth: God uses not only the lives of His saints but also their trials and tears for His glory.
When Tabitha died, many widows gathered around her, weeping and holding the clothes she had lovingly made for them. Her quiet acts of kindness had touched countless lives. What seemed like a tragic ending became the stage for God's miracle. Through Peter, God raised her to life, and many people came to believe in the Lord.
The lesson is simple yet profound: God never wastes a faithful life, and He never wastes a single tear. The kindness you show, the prayers you offer, the sacrifices you make, and even the tears you cry in secret are all known to Him. Though unnoticed by the world, they are precious in His sight and become part of His eternal plan.
"God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him." — Hebrews 6:10
If you are carrying a burden today, don't lose heart. Stay faithful. The God who remembered Tabitha remembers you. In His perfect time, He can turn your tears into a testimony and your pain into a blessing for many.
Lord Jesus, help me to remain faithful in every season. May my life, my service, and even my tears bring glory to Your name. Amen.
In Your Holy Name, Amen.
Prayerful regards,
