WEDNESDAY WITH LORD JESUS!

Dear bretheren in Christ,

'I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.'
— Philippians 3:7 NLT

When Paul spoke of “these things,” he was referring to his credentials, credits, and successes. Paul did not feel he had lost anything worthwhile by trusting Christ. Instead, he gained everything really worth having.

Be careful of considering life achievements so important that they get in the way of your relationship with Christ.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of knowing Christ. Help us to see our past accomplishments and worldly gains in light of Your truth. May we learn to prioritize our relationship with You above all else. Grant us the strength to let go of what holds us back, and fill us with the desire to pursue a deeper understanding of Your love and grace. Guide our hearts and minds as we seek to live for You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
