Do everything for God

Hey Teens!

Being dutiful means being responsible, dependable, and giving your best—even when no one is watching. Whether it’s finishing homework, helping at home, or showing up on time, your actions reflect your heart. And guess what? God sees it all—even the small stuff.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” – Colossians 3:23

You don’t have to be the best at everything, but you should give your best in everything. That’s how we honor God—with effort, attitude, and consistency. Being dutiful isn’t boring—it’s a sign of maturity and spiritual strength. When you're faithful in small things, God will trust you with more.

Remember: Don’t do it just to please people. Do it as if you’re doing it for the Lord. He rewards diligence, and He notices every act of faithfulness.

Lord, teach me to be responsible in all I do. Help me to take my duties seriously and to do them joyfully as an offering to You. Let my daily life bring You honor. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Jesus loves you!
