Hey Teens,
Everybody wants freedom. You want the freedom to make choices, to dream, to grow, and to live without heavy burdens. But Jesus says true freedom doesn’t come from doing whatever you want. It comes from knowing the truth—and that truth is Him.

Jesus frees us from guilt when we mess up, from fear of the future, from lies like “you’re not good enough,” and even from the bitterness of unforgiveness. Real freedom means living with a clear heart and a joyful spirit, walking in God’s way without chains holding you back.

Think about a phone with a virus. It still works, but it’s slow, messed up, and full of problems. Once the virus is removed, the phone runs smoothly again. That’s what Jesus does for us—He cleans out the “virus” of sin and sets us free to live fully.

So don’t believe the world’s lie that freedom is doing anything you feel like. Real freedom is living in God’s truth—because that’s where peace, joy, and eternal life are found.

Lord Jesus, help me to live in Your truth. Free me from fear and lies, and guide me to use my freedom to follow You. Amen.
