Happy Thanksgiving

Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ,

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1

Thanksgiving is not a season on the calendar—it is the posture of a heart that sees God’s hand in everything. Jesus teaches us that gratitude is not just saying “thank You,” but recognizing that every breath, every mercy, every open door, and even every closed door carries His goodness. When the ten lepers were healed, only one returned to thank Jesus—and that one received more than healing; he received wholeness. Gratitude opens the soul to deeper grace. When we pause to thank God, we are actually acknowledging that we are held, guided, and provided for by a faithful Father who never stops loving us.

A little boy living in poverty once prayed over a simple meal of rice and vegetables, “Lord, thank You for this feast.” Someone later asked him, “Why did you call it a feast?” He smiled and said, “Because Jesus gave it.” Gratitude transforms the ordinary into abundance.

Lord Jesus, give me a thankful heart that remembers Your goodness every day. Help me see Your blessings even in small and hidden places. Amen.

Prayerful regards,
