He shall direct your path

Hey dear young friends in Christ,

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”   — Proverbs 3:5–6

Let’s be honest—life can feel stressful. School pressure, exams, expectations from parents, friendship drama, social media comparisons, and questions about your future can all pile up fast. Sometimes it feels like everything depends on you, and that’s when stress takes over.

But God gives us a powerful secret: stress grows when we try to control everything by ourselves; peace comes when we trust God with everything.

The Bible doesn’t say, “Trust in the Lord a little.” It says with all your heart. That means trusting God not only when things are easy, but also when you don’t understand what’s happening. Teen years are full of confusion—but God is never confused about your life.
When you lean only on your own understanding, you may feel overwhelmed. But when you acknowledge God in your choices, decisions, friendships, and dreams, He promises to direct your path.

God sees what you can’t see. He knows where each road leads.
Think of it like using GPS. If you ignore the directions and choose your own way, you may end up lost and stressed. But when you follow the guidance, even unfamiliar roads lead safely to the destination. God’s guidance works the same way.

So today, ask yourself:
Am I trying to handle everything alone?
Or am I trusting God with my heart, my future, and my worries?

You don’t need to have life figured out—you just need to trust the One who already has.

Lord, help me trust You even when I don’t understand. Teach me to lean on You and not on my own strength. Lead my life in Your perfect way. Amen.
Jesus loves you!
